Coming To America.
An extremely pampered African prince travels to Queens, New York City, and goes undercover to find a wife whom he can respect for her intelligence and will. A 1988 John Landis film starring Eddie Murphy.

Batman.
1989 Tim Burton directs Michael Keaton as the Caped Crusader. The Dark Knight of Gotham City begins his war on crime with his first major enemy being the clownishly homicidal Joker.


Labyrinth.
1986. A 16-year-old girl is given 13 hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King (David Bowie). A classic from Muppet creator Jim Henson.


Footloose.
1984 Herbert Ross directs Kevin Bacon. A city teenager moves to a small town where rock music and dancing have been banned, and his rebellious spirit shakes up the populace.


Beetlejuice.
1988 Tim Burton horror comedy. When a recently-deceased ghost couple find their now-vacant home invaded by an obnoxious family, they hire a sleazy ghost who gets rid of humans to help them.


Flashdance.
A Pittsburgh woman with two jobs as a welder and an exotic dancer wants to get into ballet school. Adrian Lyne directs this 1983 film.


Back To The Future.
1985 Robert Zemekis film and first in the trilogy about Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), a 17-year-old high school student, is accidentally sent 30 years into the past in a time-traveling DeLorean invented by his close friend, the maverick scientist Doc Brown.
